No matter the size of the HR department at your organization, it may be tempting to think about what’s “just enough” to pass audits and keep your company safe, especially among all HR is tasked with. However, you should be looking at what you can add to your check-the-box compliance program so it’s not seen as a mechanism to avoid loss, but as a key component of business performance.

Join this webinar to hear from the following experts in the compliance field:

  • Catherine Mattice, who will describe how to turn around a toxic work environment and prevent abusive conduct
  • Robert Siciliano, who will share the dangers that exist for data you want to protect and the steps to take today to safeguard it
  • Justin Jones-Fosu, who will demonstrate how to motivate employees to want to better engage in inclusivity with DEI in their hearts and minds
