AB 1825 and AB 2053 Compliance

Sexual harassment training is mandatory in California.

AB1825 and AB2053 California

As part of the Fair Employment and Housing Act, California state law AB 1825 mandates state-wide sexual harassment training for organizations with 50 or more employees.

In an effort to reduce abusive work environments, AB 2053 went into effect in 2015, requiring all California employers to provide additional training to employees.

Managers and supervisors are required to complete two hours of anti-harassment training every two years. Web-based sexual harassment training is the most effective way to stay compliant with regulations and ensure a risk-free workplace.

AB 1825 and AB 2053 Training Topic Areas:

  • Supervisor Responsibilities
  • Hostile Work Environments
  • Sexual Harassment Complaints
  • Harassment Prevention
