BizLibrary’s Feature Refreshers are a series of product and feature-focused webinars designed to help BizLibrary clients learn about and take advantage of the full functionality of the BizLibrary solution.

Each webinar in the series will provide you a quick refresh on key features, with the goal of empowering you to make the most out of your BizLibrary solution and all the tools available.

During this series, presented by BizLibrary staff and product experts, you’ll have the chance to:

We will be hosting one or two Feature Refreshers a month during 2021, so be sure to frequently check this page to see the new and upcoming webinars. Can’t make the live event? No worries. These will be offered on demand as well.

Content Application - Now on demand
This session is designed for our content-only clients that use a non-BizLibrary LMS to deliver BizLibrary content. During this session, we will give you a sneak peek into our new content application that allows administrators to search, filter, preview, and download content. We will also demo features that are coming very soon including the ability to customize BizLibrary Productions content and create your own video lessons for delivery in your own LMS.
Admin Training Part 2 - Now on demand
Did you miss the first Admin training this year or want to learn more tips? Join us for Admin training part 2 where we will cover a refresher on the basics of the system, best practices, and more. The administrative training session would be most suited for system adminstrators that have an intermediate or advanced understanding of the platform.
Custom Content Creation and Customization - Now on demand
Adding custom content to your program can not only enhance the learning experience but also simplify tracking for you, the administrator. Come learn best practices for managing custom content, as well as how BizLibrary’s Content Customization can help you create content without needing a designer! We will discuss best practices, hear some client examples, and provide a demo of the tools and features that come with BizLibrary’s custom content and content customization tools. Please note: Custom content is available to clients with BizLibrary’s LMS platform, and Content Customization is available as a separate product for BizLibrary's LXP and LMS. Please consult with your Client Success Manager to determine if you have access to these features.
Organizing Teams and Library Access - Now on demand
This session will benefit beginner and intermediate LXP and LMS administrators. We will discuss the basic setup and best practices for team management and team assignments.
Managing Assignments - Now on demand
Assignments are one of the most important components of a learning program – especially for those making the assignments! Join us to discuss the different types of assignments in the BizLibrary platform, when to use each, and learn best practices from other clients. Finally, we will spend time in the platform itself as we walk through how to make and manage assignments to best fit your needs. This session is open to all BizLibrary administrators and designed for those new to assignments or anyone wanting to find a more effective way to assign content to learners.
Classroom - Now on demand
This session is designed mainly for all LMS administrators, although it is open for LXP clients that are interested in learning more about additional functionality for their external training needs. We will discuss basic setup and best practices for using the classroom functionality to manage instructor-led training, external conferences, webinars, workshops, and more.
Managing User Privileges - Now on demand
Join us for this session to learn how admins can manage other users' privileges. We’ll cover common questions like who can be an admin over a team, what they can do as an admin, how they get library/content access, and more!
Games & Playlists - Now on demand
This session is designed for all LXP and LMS administrators looking for creative ways to kick off a learning program or increase learner utilization. We will discuss basic setup and best practices for games, playlists, and tying the two together.
Admin Training - Now on demand
This session will provide administrators a refresher on the basics of the system, with a heavy focus on assignment management. Together we will take a deeper look into assignment methods such as Learning Initiatives, Content Groups, and indirect assignments. During our time together we will discuss the intended functionality of Learning Initiatives and Content Groups, as well as provide a series of best practices that will make creating and managing assignments a breeze!

The administrative training session would be most suited for system administrators that have an intermediate or advanced understanding of the platform.
Learning Initiatives & Qualifications - Now on demand
There are many advantages to utilizing Learning Initiatives in the BizLibrary LMS. Not only do they save time for the administrator, but they simplify tracking of annual or recurring training. Join us to discuss best practices for Learning Initiatives, hear some client examples, and receive a demo of how to best manage Learning Initiatives as an administrator.

Please note: The Learning Initiative feature is available to clients with BizLibrary’s LMS. Please consult your Client Success Manager to determine if you currently have access to this feature.
Reporting - Now on demand
This year BizLibrary has been focused on centralizing and improving the reporting functionality in the our platform. Well, the time has come! Join us as we dive into the improved Reports section of BizLibrary’s platform. Participants will receive a demo of Reports and learn about the new reports available, the improved filtering and charts, and our latest reporting enhancement - saved and scheduled reports! This session is open to all BizLibrary administrators and designed for new and veteran administrators alike.

Q. What platform do you use for your webinars?
A. We use ON24 as our webinar platform.

Q. Do I need to download anything to attend?
A. No, ON24’s interface does not require a download. You’ll just need to make sure you have Adobe Flash enabled and for best results, close down any extra browser windows.

Q. How do I listen in to the webinars?
A. To listen in, you will need a pair of headphones or computer speakers. We do not provide a dial-in number for attendees.

Q. How early can I join the webinar?
A. The webinar room will open 15 minutes before the webinar starts.

Q. Do you recommend a certain browser to watch the webinar?
A. After 3/21/20, ON24 will not support Internet Explorer. We recommend using a supported browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox to view the webinar.

Q. Do you offer credits for your webinars?
A. Yes, most of our webinars are approved for one hour of HRCI and SHRM general credit. In order to be approved for credits, you must attend at least 50 minutes of the webinar.

Q. How do I know if the webinar is approved for credits?
A. If a webinar is approved for SHRM or HRCI general credits, the registration page will have the SHRM and HRCI badges at the bottom of the page. If you have any questions regarding credits, email kmiller@bizlibrary.com.

Q. How will I receive my HRCI and SHRM certificate?
A. If you have attended for 50 minutes of an approved webinar, there are a few ways you can obtain your certificate. First, you can download the certificate from a widget in our platform. If you forget to download the certificate during the webinar, an email will be sent with the certificate about 2 hours after the webinar is complete.

Q. If I’m not able to watch the webinar at the live time, can I watch it later?
A. Yes! We understand that you might not be able to watch the webinar at the live time, so we offer our webinars on demand. On-demand webinars are available up until 12 months after the initial live webinar date.

Q. What if I am having trouble accessing the webinar?
A. The webinar room will open 15 minutes before the live time. If you are still having issues attending, email kmiller@bizlibrary.com.
