The recent Leadership Excellence and Development awards, or LEAD2018 Awards, saw many top leadership development and learning programs receive the credit they so deserve.
These programs are able to succeed because of the hard work and vision of the program managers, the constant test-and-adjust process that comes with employee learning, and a genuine dedication to developing high potential employees.
We would like to help celebrate the wonderful achievements of some of the winners who have partnered with BizLibrary, and offer them our sincerest congratulations.

RK Stratman
RK Stratman is a top customized product provider in the screen print industry. They’re perhaps best known for being one of the 12 original companies granted licenses to produce the famous Harley-Davidson apparel.
Today, the company produces more than four million shirts every year. Developing that level of production doesn’t come easy, and that’s why the organization has adopted the Train the Trainer model. This model occurs when participants learn a subject and simultaneously learn how to teach others.
A model like this promotes learning and conversation within an organization, and very few companies do it as well as RK Stratman, who was recognized as having a Top 10 Train the Trainer program.
