Josh Grogran Client Success Manager

Josh joined BizLibrary in January 2018 as a member of the Sales Development team, and he transitioned to the Client Success team in October 2018. Josh is responsible for building strategic partnerships with clients to ensure the overall success of their various learning and development programs and goals.

How did you end up at BizLibrary?

A friend of mine who worked here recommended BizLibrary.

Tell us a bit about your background.

Prior to BizLibrary, I worked in sales, retail, and business development. I did a lot of training in those roles, which helped me in preparing for this role.

What’s your favorite part of working at BizLibrary?

My favorite thing about working for BizLibrary is the opportunity to make a real, lasting impact every single day for the clients I work with! I also value the opportunity to work as part of a team that pushes me to succeed and takes an active role in my development.

Driven, loyal, creative

Who would play you in a movie about yourself?

Johnny Depp (admittedly, I don’t watch a lot of movies…)

Employee training is important because it drives business results, and because it both enables and empowers people to achieve more!
