Kerry joined BizLibrary in September 2018. She is responsible for building strategic partnerships with clients to ensure the overall success of their various learning and development programs and goals.

How did you end up at BizLibrary?
In my previous role, I had been working as a training and development specialist. I was looking to expand my knowledge of training and development and get the opportunity to work with clients in a more hands-on capacity.
I heard about BizLibrary from someone at my prior job and once I did some research, I quickly realized that this smaller company (with an amazing culture) was my calling!
Tell us a bit about your background.
I received my degree in Marketing from Missouri State University in 2009. For the last 8 years I was working at a large HR and tax management company in St. Louis in two different capacities, but most recently as a training and development specialist. Most of my time was spent training new hires and developing existing employees, as well as training clients on a host of HR topics.
On a personal note, I am a proud mom of a three-year-old daughter who keeps me on my toes at all times!
What’s your favorite part of working at BizLibrary?
I love the culture and the people that work here. I also am really driven by our core values – it’s refreshing working somewhere where the values are (literally) written on the wall and top of mind every day.

Why is employee training important to you?
Training, learning, developing – it’s crucial to the success of a company and absolutely every employee, no matter their title or tenure. Effective training makes way for smart, driven, and engaged employees at every level, and with that you have a recipe for a strong, positive company culture.
