Bryan joined BizLibrary in January 2018. He is responsible for helping clients add value to their employee training programs by exploring additional BizLibrary features and solutions to implement.
Where are you from?
How did you end up at BizLibrary?
Late last year, I was in the market for a new role. I heard great things from Joe Kasten, my cousin, when he became an Account Executive here in November. I reached out to BizLibrary’s recruiter and followed the path that has lead me here.
Tell us a bit about your background.
I became a carpenter out of high school and began my sales journey in 2005. I worked for AT&T for over 11 years. I was a sales consultant, sales manager, and an account executive, while I earned multiple President’s Club accommodations. During this time, I enlisted in the Army National Guard as an automated logistical specialist (92A).
In 2016, I went to Cintas where I was a territory sales executive for our uniform and facility services divisions. I currently sit on two separate committees: Cub Scouts – Wolf Den Leader, and Crestwood Swim Club – Facilities Chair. I have also been active in remodeling and handyman services for over the past decade.
What’s your favorite part of working at BizLibrary?
I am particularly excited to work for a company that has such a tight family culture and dynamic environment. I am also proud to work on the Client Success team, because not many companies have the drive and passion to ensure their clients’ success above and beyond just paying their bill.
Describe yourself in three words.
Father, Husband, Outdoorsman
Who would play you in a movie about yourself?
It would have to be a rather tall and robust individual, so maybe Jason Segel or Vincent D’Onofrio.
Why is employee training important to you?
I feel that training (and learning in general) should never stop, regardless of your level of education or job position. BizLibrary’s core value of “Smarter Every Day” is on point and in line with my personal philosophy.
